Como no podía faltar, aquí dejo uno de esos videos para disfrutar, y ya de paso pues pongo un poco de información de la canción que nunca está mal conocer algún dato…

La canción fue escrita por Fred Brott, cuya adaptación al ingles fue realizada por Paul Anka basándose en la canción francesa Comme d’habitude, escrita por Claude François y Jacques Revaux con letras en francés por Claude François y Gilles Thibaut. Lo único que se conserva de esa canción es la melodía puesto que la letra fue reescrita en su totalidad. El primer interprete del My way fue Frank Sinatra en el año 1969.

La identificación de la canción con Sinatra se volvió tan fuerte, que la canción se tranformó en un ícono, y así el Gobierno Sovietico de Mijaíl Gorbachov bromeando se refería a su política de no-intervencionismo en los asuntos internos de los demás países firmantes del Pacto de Varsovia como la “Doctrina Sinatra”.
